Hey everyone. I'm going to start at the gym again tomorrow and I could use some advice! I want to lose weight all over and get back into shape, but for the immediate future I have my priorities! I have a smallish double chin - it's visible, but it doesn't hang down below my chin, if you know what I mean. I also have chubby cheeks, a 'fat face'.
I know that you can't lose weight from a targetted area, but I really want to reduce, if not obliterate the double chin and fat face in four weeks. I know that you haven't seen me, but I need your advice! I'm one and a half to two stone overweight and I am determined to lose it! Should I go to the gym every other day, or three times a week? I'm going to go on a strict eating plan from now on, limiting my calories.
My meals are something like this:
Breakfast: Fruit smoothie (every day - 5 portions of fruit (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, bananas, orange juice and a bit of natural yoghurt)
Lunch: Sandwich - chicken or ham, wholemeal bread. With small side salad or apple.
Dinner: Piece of chicken/red meat/fish, new potatoes with carrots or small oven cooked roast potatoes with *tiny* bit of oil, carrots. Yoghurt for pudding.
PS: I won't have chicken for lunch and dinner, I'll have white meat for lunch and fish for dinner, for example!
What do you think of my meals? Somethign doesn't look right about that plan, does anyone have any advice on how to improve it? I want to have 200 calories per day, maybe a few less. I'm a guy and I'm btw
Any feedback or advice would be appreciated!!
