Is that like the lateral thigh trainer? Myself i'd say this is very hard work, i bought the lateral thigh trainer and havent really stuck to it due to been so much hard work!

I did do 1 week and a hafe or something on my lateral thigh trainer, i did around an hour per day i know this is hard work but get some dance music to keep you going, it does help.
I seen results on myself after a week, my bum lifted , my thighs got more toned just after a week.
So what im saying is try 1 hour per day everyday to see results.
