How to quantify calories burnt?

How can I quantify the amount of calories I'm burning as a result of my daily workout?

Every day I do anywhere between 16km/38min to 30km/72min. I want to know precisely how many calories I'm burning. Is this possible?

Thanks for any help!

Edit: Someone already showed me this site but it's no good for me because I have no idea whether my workout is vigorous (200watts) or moderate (150watts).

Edit2:
I workout using an exercise bike.

Are you running, walking, dancing, swimming, or cycling? They all have different amount of calories burnt per KM.

Sorry... Forgot to mention that I'm using an exercise bike. It's on resistance setting five, with eight being the hardest.
