Rep Power: 9 | | | How to quantify calories burnt? How can I quantify the amount of calories I'm burning as a result of my daily workout?
Every day I do anywhere between 16km/38min to 30km/72min. I want to know precisely how many calories I'm burning. Is this possible?
Thanks for any help! Edit: Someone already showed me this site but it's no good for me because I have no idea whether my workout is vigorous (200watts) or moderate (150watts).
Edit2: I workout using an exercise bike.

Rep Power: 9 | | | Sorry... Forgot to mention that I'm using an exercise bike. It's on resistance setting five, with eight being the hardest. | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
