Too much?

My scedule (before getting sick) was an hour of cardio (mixed running on treadmill with stepper and elipitcal) every am from 6:15-7:15 monday to Friday. 1 day a week for an hour, FULL body weight routine with heavy weights to max.

Before that I did 30-60 minutes of cardio 6 days a week, did 30 minutes of leg routine with weights 2 times a week and 30 mintute arm routine 2 days a week. But I was not seeing as much results as I wanted and my sister in law (personal trainer) told me to go to the first routine.

Was I doing too much?
