I just won the pilates Preformer JP off of E-bay!! I'm really excited!! Being 2nd hand its not comming with the starter videos. I know it preformes 32 exercises but I couldn't find any websites that had them listed. I got a few ideas from looking at the models in the sales ads, but I would like to find a site that has a good workout shown! Lemme know:?!?!?!

i have never heard of it and couldnt find any sites either. maybe you could contact the manufacturer and ask them where you can get the starter videos? or maybe you could even get the videos directly from them.

i found it on a bunch of sites...i just wanted to see if there was anything available online before spending the cash...its gettin close to the holidays...don't wanna spend any extra cash on myself I did just get the machine 2 days ago...its awesome. Ive been able to make up some good moves.Its great Im a little sore today though...I didnt feel the burn I was looking for until this morning when i woke up! Its great for toning.
Ive seen it for as low as 150 but usually its around 250.. its a Pilates preformer there are a few different models its the JP version..which is the cheaper one.. you can look on ebay there are a few up now. Its my first piece of exercise equipment I think its well worth the money! (book or no book)
Its also still pretty new in a few mths im sure there will be some tapes down at walmart
