Okay, so lately I've been doing pilates, the 8 minute ab video and tae-bo kick boxing and it's working out fine. My stomach has started getting a bit smaller, but I think my breasts might be too.
Does anyone have any advice on how to avoid this?

First of all: no question is a weird question! Never forget this :-)
So it is not possible that you breats are getting smaller while you are exercising. Maybe you just have the impression because you see some effects on your belly. But as ExercisePhysio already said breasts are fat tissue. So you don't need to worry about this!

Boobs do have plenty of fat, but they also have actual breast tissue and muscle too. You can get your boobs to look much larger if you do chest weight exercises, the heavier the better. The muscle in my boobs makes them probably at least a cup size larger and they stay firmer, the muscle on the top part almost makes them look like fake boobs IMO. The key here is that you still maintain some body fat, unlike the hardcore body builders, and that way you maintain a feminine curvy look rather than a hard muscular look. BTW, I dont believe actual breast tissue diminishes with dieting so some part of your breasts will surely remain regardless .

Claudia, what muscles are in the breast? I don't remember there being any but I've certainly been wrong before.
IIRC, breast are predominantly adipose, connective tissue and glands.
I know the breasts sit over the pecs.... and certainly if you build up the pec muscles if can 'lift' your breasts. But you said the breasts are comprised of fat, tissue, AND muscle and that's what I'm curious about.
Also to the OP, wrt to losing 'size' while dieting.... you'll lose fat in a predetermined genetic pattern which unfortunately is out of your control. Building up your pec muscles while dieting isn't that realistic.
