So I've recently found that my sister has been sneaking into my room. I found this out by discovering my belly dance workout dvd scratched up in her room. Does anyone have any recommendations for a new one since I really don't feel like ordering a replacement, taking this as a sign to change things up.

If she's been taking your DVD, why don't you put it in and do the workout together? If you're enjoying it, stick with it!

I would personally go for something with boxing in it! Then get some exercise running after her and practicing!

Because she let it get horribly scratched somehow and now it won't play, hense why I need a new one. Aside from that there's no room in the house big enough for the two of us to do it at the same time.

Gotcha. Then my vote is for boxing too.

Honestly, though, "Shape" puts out some good DVDs with shorter exercises on them that you can mix and match. They'll kick your ass, though!

Tell me more about this belly dancing one. I'm interested. Please.

youtube has a ton of workout videos. just type in "30 minute cardio" etc. this way you can try different routines out for free!!! And you can change it up when you get bored!

I ordered the DVD from pyramid collections, they have a website that you can google, I'm sure it's still on there. They covered the basics but they do it rather quickly so for the first time or two you will feel rather lost but after that it's great fun
