I need some advice on a workout to meet my physical needs
I'm just now starting a diet plan, and in order for it to work I obviously need to incorperate some exercise into my daily routine. However, in the past the biggest thing that deterred me was extreme muscle pain after over-exerting myself.
I currently weigh 297 pounds, I am male and I need to know what I can do to start an exercise program that will give me results, but not kill me!
The results I'm speaking of is obviously not losing 20 pounds in 2 days, but I want to start feeling less fatigued so that I actually feel like living.
