Rep Power: 0 | | | running in place vs. running a distance would running in place have the same affect as to running a certain distance?
i would love to run, but i live on a major hwy that is just not safe at all to run on. |

As for running in place, I do it once per week while watching Biggest Loser! Otherwise, I suggest a treadmill...
