blAcklAbel is on a distinguished road
running in place vs. running a distance

would running in place have the same affect as to running a certain distance?

i would love to run, but i live on a major hwy that is just not safe at all to run on.

yeah its all about heart rate, doesnt matter if you are doing it in place or not. I used to jog and jump around in front of the tv. often put music on and dance like an idiot

OMGosh, Wishes - your new pic has you looking like a MODEL!!! Truly beautiful, my dear.

As for running in place, I do it once per week while watching Biggest Loser! Otherwise, I suggest a treadmill...

Cheers & best wishes on your journey,
ABBA
