Rep Power: 0 | | | Kick up the Heavy Resistance in Women There are many issues that plaque sedantary women. As women pass 30 years of age testoterone begins to drop quickly. Research is still questionable about the ability for women to increase GH and testosterone without the use of drugs. One possible way of increasing testosterone and GH is by training with heavier loads. We already know this will greatly help to keep Sarcopenia at bay, but it may just kick up your sex drive, increase healing ability, and keep you looking good in the nude. So train with heavy loads frequently.
