Rep Power: 985 | | Walking I walk about 3-8 miles per day and do light toning exercises once or twice a week.
Is this enough exercise?

Rep Power: 22095 | | | do you enjoy walking? if you enjoy what you are doing, then i would stick with it. but you can mix it up to and add some other cardio and definately add weight training. i think you already said you were going to try the weight training or am i nuts? |

you really want to put it all together with your nutrition in check too - you can exercise til the cows come home -if your nutrtion isn't right -then you're not going to drop the pounds you want..
