Thumbs up Walking

I walk about 3-8 miles per day and do light toning exercises once or twice a week.

Is this enough exercise?

do you enjoy walking? if you enjoy what you are doing, then i would stick with it. but you can mix it up to and add some other cardio and definately add weight training. i think you already said you were going to try the weight training or am i nuts?

and are you doing the walking all at once or are you calculating steps taken thru out the course fo the day...

you really want to put it all together with your nutrition in check too - you can exercise til the cows come home -if your nutrtion isn't right -then you're not going to drop the pounds you want..

skateitsgreat is on a distinguished road
I think it's a great idea, but make sure you push yourself. Dont let yourself get used to all that physical activity.
