Hi, Im new to this board, and hope to change my life on it.
My name is Charlotte, I am 19 years old, from Sunderland UK, and I am 26 stone and 11lbs.
I want to loose weight, not for looks, as I think I look great, but I am very unhealthy.
A recent scare has prompted me to do this. Last Saturday night, I was out in Sunderland with my friends. I went outside for a ciggy, and when I came in, and went up the stairs, I didnt make it all the way up. My chest was dead tight, coudnt get my breath. A bouncer had to come and help me, I was sitting halfway up the stairs. He said I was the unfittest young girl he'd ever seen. I wanted to cry.
So I am going to get fit.
From using the tools on here, I have learned my BMR is 2500 calories, and my BMI is 62.3 and I am super morbidly obese. Eeek!
Ok, so I need help. Please help, and ask any questions you want to get me out of this mess.
I want to do this mainly through excercise, though I am planning to cut out all sweet things from Monday to Friday. But I would love to be able to eat what I want, but excercise it off. I smoke heavily, around 40 per day, and don't plan to cut down or quit this.

Why do you not plan on cutting down or quitting cigarettes? You do realize the long term damage you're doing to yourself?
You're asking for help but you don't seem to want to help yourself...
Nutrition, at your current weight, is the most beneficial thing you will do - execise will come secondary - if you can't walk up a flight of stairs, you're going to have a tough time "exercising off eating whatever you want"
