Your diet definetely needs improvement. Please spend some time reading the stickied thread on nutrition in the forumn. You can also use a site like fitday to track your daily calorie intake, excercise and water intake.

Good luck with your weight loss journey.

your diet definitely looks like it lacks protein... not sure what portions you eat at dinner but i'd imagine you're pretty hungry at the end of the day if you've eaten that little. starving yourself leads to binging later, so you're almost bound to fail with that approach.... good job drinking plenty of water throughout the day though.

you should make sure your portions are always small and sensible, but don't leave good foods out.

get more carbs and protein during the day too. they give you energy right away. you can do this with breads and other fruits besides apples. give your body a little variety. and again make sure you're getting small doses of protein through out the day, whether it's from a few glasses of lowfat milk in addition to the water you're already drinking, a few almonds, or a chicken sandwich at lunch. it's important to avoid carbs at the end of the day, so getting the carbs during the day will keep you from craving them for dinner or at night. and if you can manage that you'll feel a little tighter when you wake up in the mornings...

is your exercise the mile walk and yoga routine you mentioned? any exercise is better than no exercise so it's great that you're doing something. if that's all you're doing at this point stay ambitious and ready to add to it soon. i'd also add more carbs at breakfast, and stay away from them at night. that means no pasta dishes for dinner-- eat things like that earlier in the day when you have time to expend energy. if you eat carbs too late you'll store more of them.
