Hiya, I just want to know.... how do you know if you're overweight? I browsed through the net and just found this article on a blogging site:

According to this, i'm slightly overweight. Is it reputable? Anyone know of any other sites that will show me if i'm overweight?

Rep Power: 10 | | Any online BMI calculator gives the same information. Punch in the info and you will get your BMI. Just google BMI Calculator.
But honestly, if you look in the mirror and are honest with yourself, you can tell that you are overweight. I was in denial for a long time, but I was 200 lbs, and the mirror didn't lie. | |
