how should i exercise?

hi guys, im a new member. i weigh 72.5 kg and 168 cm tall. im 17 years old, a asian short fat dude and i sincerely wish to lose weight. i wish to weigh bout 60 -62.5 kg in 2 months time. i wish to cut down to below 70 kg by the end of April.

okay, this is not a repetition of my other post in the other section. i was re-directed here, and my purpose in posting here, is to get tips on how i should actually structure my exercise routine.

im a student and my school time is from 8:00 A.M. -4:40P.M. i reach home bout perhaps 5.30 .... perhaps, laze around or study. eat dinner at 7:00 -8:00 p.m. after 8, i would perhaps be studying or slacking.

what exercises should i do to lose weight? my physical education teacher asks me to lose weight till 65, and that would be okay. some people ask me to run and lift weights. some just say run, dont touch the weights. some just ask me to eat less.

what should i do? seriously. thanks guys

You really need to read the stickied threads in this forum and in the nutrition forum...

To lose weight, proper nutrition is essential... then you want to have a good combination of Cardio and strength training...

Cardio can be anything from walking, to bike riding, to running, to dancing in your underwear in your bedroom - but you want to get your heart rate up...

When you exercise is entirely up to you.. some people have said that exerciing late at night interefereswith their sleep -others say it helps them sleep... up to you and your body...
