HELP with a fitness routine!

I'm a 19 year old female, 5'3" and 118 lbs. I dont want to lose weight, I am looking for a routine that will tone my body. However, I have no idea where to start.

I have some basic workout equipment: treadmill, gazelle, bench, free weights, and an all-in-one exercise machine with weights. I am starting out as a beginner and I would also like to start running/walking and also include weight training. What I'd like is a weekly routine that is made up of both cardio and weight training so that I can get into shape and tone my body.

If anyone could help me to make a routine that I could follow each week, I would really appreciate it! I just really have no idea how to put them together into a routine that is most beneficial for me.

If any one thinks they could help me I'd love to talk to you!

Thanks! Shana
