Rep Power: 6 | | | lost 2kg! yay!! Just got on the scales, from 58kg to 56kg. I know it may not sound much but its a start!! im going to go for a run in about 10 minutes! Im so happy. |

Rep Power: 182 | | | Learning from mistakes is probably the most critical thing one can do on this road. Too many people don't realize progress in a given period of time and give up. I've failed more times than I've succeeded during this journey. And thank goodness I never stopped b/c I feel great and I'm happy at this stage. Actually, I've been happy all along. I always looked at each failure as an opportunity to learn... and I suggest you do the same.
Most work in patterns. Try. Fail. Quit. Try again later.
Simplified of course.
But very few ever take the time to break that cycle. Be different b/c what you're doing now certainly won't work forever. |
