P90x?
Hey, has anyone had any positive results with the intense
weight loss , muscle gaining program known as P90x? I've heard only positive things about it but that was only twice, so eh...*cough* anybody? *cough*
I know I'm ready for it but yeah, all opinions about it, or any other personal programs, even those created by members would be appreciated.

wat i mean by bad or good idea is, is it going to injure my

never mind i love this workout i don't even have to follow the
diet and i've still lost 8
pounds in the first 2 weeks but i did eat healthy.
