Oh what a stuff up ive had....i lost 2kg-3kg went from 58/59 ish to 55 (this is morning weigh in), and just weighed myself about 1 week later im 58kg again (this afternoon)!!? I feel so down and disgusting...
On friday went with the girls to a restaurant, totally failed sharing a banana split with a friend and m&ms. Pigged out today even though done at least 2 hours of walking with a friend on the property. I feel so unhappy at the moment...i was only able to run a total of 40 minutes last week.
you really shoudl start to work on your consisency.. or talk you your parents about getting help for a potential eating disorder - fix it now while you're still so young

If you want to loose wait, you have to sacrifice your love of food and cut down. Watch what you eat and do some exersize. It's hard work but it pays off if you are consistent.
