Thanks for that link. I read through the responses. Im pretty much sold on it now after reading what other people wrote about it and especially that one women who posted her before and afters... She looks awesome. Soooo I went and ordered me the Turbo Jam package!

Good for you! I know I'm a bit late in replying...but I LOVE Turbo Jam! I ordered the original package when it first came out and ended up buying every single Turbo Jam package available at Beachbody, even the TJ on the ball dvds.

I was never disappointed with any of them. I can honestly say it's the first time I ever exercised while SMILING. Chalene is goofy, the music is awesome and really gets you pumping. Let me tell you, you sweat buckets, too.

Try to start slowly and learn the moves. Once you got the foundation down, you can add the intensity and enjoy! There's nothing 'magical' about turbo jam, it's just an awesome cardio workout that's actually FUN!

Oh I am late posting too, but I love to workout in front of my TV and I have also been looking at the turbo jam workouts out.

Smile turbo jam

i am new to this forum, but thought i would reply to your turbo jam request. they are great. and don't forget to use the hand weights. they add a little extra to you calorie burn. doing turbo doesn't feel like a work out. it is plan and simple fun. i started out going to class, then i became an instructor because i loved it so much. my class is packed. you will not go wrong getting turbo jam.

feeling your abs doing turbo

i am a certified turbo kick instructor. which is the gyms version of turbo jam. when you are doing the zig, zags moves, you really need to tilt your pelvis forward and sqeeze you abs tight. like someone is punching you in the stomach. when you are pumping it up, really use those hips. i know this will be hard starting out. but don't stop trying. it will get easier. for your upper arms you should gets those hand weights beach body sells, they are a terrific addition to your work out. and you can use them while you are drumming also, just make sure you put the weighted part on top of your hand. best of luck to you.

I have been doing Turbo Jam for a month now and have seen results. In one month I lost 18 lbs. and have much more energy then I have had in a long time. I think that the program works for me because it's actually fun!

congratulations are your weight loss. thats fantastic. turbo jam is fun. i believe thats why it is so successful. if you really want a challenge, use the turbo gloves. they add just the right amount of weight to your workout for that extra burn. they are a great addition.

I recently started using Turbo Jam after buying it on ebay!

I must say it is what it say it is. I felt like I am at a Party and at the end of the workout, I actually thought... u mean thats it?! Its so so so much fun!! Im still leaning the routine as they are very fast paced.
