I like exercising. I always do high intensity
cardio or
cardio+resistance training (low
weights + high reps) workouts 5 days a week.
Some people advise me to do some stretching and
yoga.
Do you think that it is really necessary to stretching? With my level of activities, I really feel limber enough, but I am not sure if I suffer anything in the long term.
By the way, I can do stretching, but I do not like
Yoga at all because it is a spiritual or religion-related exercise. I only like physical
fitness workouts, not a religious workout.
Can anyone give me advice? If I do stretching, do I need to do
Yoga?
