Hi all,
I am getting married in 15 months and I need to loose the beer gut and could do with getting healthier. I am 6"3 and, apparently according to Wii Fit my
BMI is in the ideal section but too close to the overweight section.
My fiancee is doing the weight watchers
diet (which means i am) and I have started to go to the
gym. What routines or machines would people suggest? I tend to do running and then some of the ab crunches, i also do some excersise out of the
gym.
Any suggestions would be cool.
