She has done an amazing job working out and looks phenomenal - she uses Turbo Jam.

Rep Power: 0 | | | I know i just joined and all, but since this is the thread that brought me here, I thought i would respond. I have TJ and LOVE IT! Yes its not easy at first, and i had to slow it down, etc. But you can feel it working, these are results that keep me going and i would recommend it to anyone. Almost like other DVD's you won't be perfect, and you may feel funny, just think of it as a work out to start, next thing you know you'll feel like dancing! :=) |

Rep Power: 0 | | | Also...If you don't feel up to doing the full 20 min workout you can just do the learn and burn section until you get comfortable. You WILL feel it the next day! |

Rep Power: 0 | | | Oh heck yeah you'll feel it!! Specially if you're out of shape like me and just started it! rofl
You may not think that the moves you're doing is doing anything, but LORD knows the next day you'll be sore as hell from it.
There's alot of side crunches that I didn't think were gonna do anything, but I tell ya... I was about to die the next day (after my very first time doing TJ) b/c my sides were hurting so bad :P heh

Rep Power: 0 | | | I'd only recommend TJ for those who have enough money to spend on it. It is pretty pricey, so if you don't have the money to spend... I'd just go with something cheaper just in case you don't like it.. ya know?

With my recent fade in love affair with Curves I'm now afraid to buy this. I've bought Winsar Pilates, Slim in Six and some other fad that I can't remember and I didn't stick with it. As much fun as this sounds and as excited as I was, I've decided to go with the Kickboxing class at my YMCA...that way if I get bored with it I can move onto a different class and not pay any more money. | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
