| If you want to have fun, I advise you to get it. It's my fav! On the days when I don't feel like working out, I can always put it in and feel energised. Unlike in some other vids, the people genuinely look like they're enjoying themselves. They all have different personalities and the music is great. At first it was a little hard to keep up but by the second or third time I was fine. I'm not a dancer. You won't be doing any Michael Jackson, Justin Timberlake, etc choreography so don't worry. You only do a few moves over and over again one side and then on the other but you're encouraged to have fun at the same time. There's even sections when you can do your dance and just enjoy yourself.
I'm trying to think of negative points but I actually can't. Doing TJ I lost 1lb each week for 3months straight, but before I'd been losing around 1lb every 2-3 weeks. I highly recommend it. If you don't like it, resell it or send it back.
