Getting into Weight Training:A Female Friendly Guide
This is little guide that a woman that posts in another fitness forum I post in put together. I though it was pretty neat so I figured I would pass it along.
damn she be a seriously unattractive woman... not exactly the poster child you'd want for female weight training
good info though -a little condescending at times... but good info
lol your harsh mal. She actually has a little more flattering photo on her web site. She may not get a Covergirl contract anytime soon but you have to admit the body is on point.

Hey thanks for the info I only read through the first part, I'll get to the rest during lunch.
BTW I have seen some super sexy pics of ladies working out, Minna Lessig for example (female fit compeitor). And it makes me wonder if real women really wear booty shorts and sports bras to the gym.. I've never seen it.

Not to my gym lol. There are only like 5 women that go to my gym and of those only 1 have I ever seen in the weight area and she wears sweats and loose t-shirt.
I did go to my wifes gym once and there was a young girl there. 20-25. She was rockin some tight pants and skin tight tank top. It was actually a little distracting. I'll just put it this way. She may have been in the Smith Machine but those squats were still working. She was smoking hot.

LOL, yeah I think there was only one lady at the gym I used to go to that was super buff that would rock the sports bra and spandex leggings... but I honestly think most women are too worried about who is looking or not looking to wear stuff like that. I have considered taking off my tank during aerobics because its so danm hot, but I just can't do it!
