I've been at this weight loss thing since November. In that time I've dropped 58 pounds as of this morning. Was doing mostly steady state walking at up until the last month or so. In the last month I've put together a workout that I would like to get some thoughts on.
Now for what I'm trying to accomplish... I started out at 275 (5'10", 30y/o, Male), and now weigh 217. My 'first' goal is 180, then I'll re-evaluate and set another goal.
Please take a gander at the following routine and give me your thoughts. Too much, too little, I'm a genius, beanie babies?
Days 1-6
stretch
30 - situps
30 - pushups
20 minutes - punching/kicking punching-bag
10 minutes/or until arms fall off - throwing 10lb medicine ball around the yard
30 Toe raises
30 Heel raises
stretch
I'd strongly suggest reading the stickied threads in the exercise forum... you don't seem to have any compound type exercises - like squats or lunges...
And I dont think it's overly effective to repeat your bodyexercises every day - every other day perhaps...
