exercise improves your mood. i believe it. And it indrectly helps us fight against stress, sleep loss. You think these dont affect your weight? surprise information that stress and sleep loss make you fat, make you cravings and make you crazy. Only low intensity exercises can help reduce stress and sleep loss (e.g. yoga, walking etc)
High intensity exercises are best weapons to fight against obesity. My favorite exercise is srpinting cos it takes me few time, blow out more sweat and I am too young for walking
