OK but you keep in mind that that is a bunch of crap. You may not be able to do those movements currently but you are capable of them. You will just need to use progressions. Do wall push ups, progress to 60 degree pu, progress to 30 degree, progress to pu, progress to 1 arm, progress to plyo,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
You can do the same for pretty much every movement. Consider yourself lucky. Right now you can do a complete body maximal strength WO with only your body weight and maybe a 10$ band for assistance. Some people need thousands of dollars of equipment to do that.

You are right, and I should have made myself more clear. Of course I meant that I am not capable of doing it at this precise moment, but hopefully, at some point in the future, I will progress to it. Even though I am not entirely sure about the squats, because I have never been able to do them properly, even when I was slim, and much younger. When I try to put my feet flat on the ground (as I believe I am supposed to), I end up on my butt. *lol*
Anyway, I had a look around at some websites and found one that seems pretty good...they basically split up the
exercises into sections tailored to what the person is able to do. Just like you suggested, edco, they split the pushups up into wall pushups, then progress to 60 degree and so on...and there is a lot of stuff that only requires a resistance band or even just a towel for starters. So that looks good to me. I will spend some more time reading and figuring out what I can and can't do at the moment, and come up with an exercise plan for myself. Thanks again for all the help and advice!
And Mali, I'm 33...so not sure if you're older than me or not, but I couldn't even do a squat when I was about 4 years of age...unless I balance on my tiptoes, I always land on my bum! *lol*
