Rep Power: 5 | | | My first 5k this Sunday! Should be fun.
Once I realized that cardio in the gym is extremely boring I started running in the mornings with my son in the stroller. What a difference. I hope I'm not the only Dad pushing a stroller. |

There's a guy i see in the park on the weekends, pushing his daughter in the stroller and she's a tough taskmaster... She'll "coach" dad by telling him - Mommy goes faster... and dad kicks it up a notch |
