Today was rough!
So i have been hitting the
treadmill every day for about 2 weeks solid. 30 minutes at a time some times twice a day.
today i get on the
treadmill , and try to jog/fast walk my 30 minutes and my legs just won't carry me as fast as they did yesterday. That is really the best way i can explain it. Today felt harder then yesterday for some reason. I still walked for 25 minutes and i just had to get off the thing.
Do i need to take breaks from
cardio ?

body needs rest- don't over do it.

Every day is too much. Your
body needs a break and will begin to break down on you.
Take a break.
