I did it for about 4 weeks and didn't really see much improvement, but I felt really good! I think I didn't lose the weight cause I wasn't really watching the amount I ate. If I was hungry, I'd eat healthy but the size wasn't exacly the best choice.
Has anyone here tried it? Did you deit with it or did you go by the diet thats offered with the program?
Yeah its by beachbody.. I do it, and it is incredibly fun, makes ya sweat like crazy. I didn't know what to think of it until I tried it (usually not a fan of dvd workouts in the first place), but it seems to be doing something for me Yes Im an addict
And for my diet - I know it isn't the greatest, but I still felt amazing and did notice a change in my body. Just gotta get back into a healthier habit :x

I haven't tried it, but I've been WANTING to. So I'm also very curious about the kind of responses you will get in here. I actually like workout dvd's and that one looks killer. Especially if you get the "special" gloves with it.
Oh my, I have those gloves and they *are* killer haha. I feel like a nerd now :F But seriously.. try it, or watch some on youtube, I'm sure you'll love it
