Lifting while losing weight on limited schedule

I've lost 35lbs and am about to my goal. I want to go to the gym, but have a limited schedule. What would be my best plan of attack? What exercises should I conscentrate on?

check the stickied threads in this forum and you'll have your answer -there's well documented workout plans i them - if you don't understand something - point out int hat thread what you don't understand

you donot need to spend 4 hours in the gym to be effective -30 - 45 minutes is about it..

I don't know how to type this without being a stereotypical newbie. I appreciate all of the info. I have gotten from this site, but I guess I just want more. I've searched the site and looked at the stickies, they are very good. Somebody please give me a specific answer to a question without telling me to look at a sticky. I'm not trying to be ungreatful, because I know the info. I am looking for is already here in parts. My question is if I only have 30-60 minutes 3 days a week to workout at the gym, what should I do as far as exercises. Examples of specific target training and such would be awesome. I'm looking to tone up, not bulk up. Should I do light multiple reps or heavy short reps. Bench, pulldowns, back, legs, chest, abs, etc. I do want help, you guys and gals on here seem to care about weight loss and lifestyle and I think that is great. I know I'm being a pain and I'm sorry. I just need a more specific answer sometimes to fully understand what I need.
