I just started turbo jam today doing the cardio party. I wanted to know if anyone has used turbo jam and if so have you or someone you know lost any weight.
Just bought it today at a store in Canada, will probably start it tomorrow. My new years resolution is to drop some weight. I need to lose about 25-30 pounds, I've attempted to do it in the past but everything I did I got bored with and gave up on. So I hope TJ motivates me, it looks fun.
I did turbo jam before, every day for probably two weeks or something. I really started to see it in my abs. I dont' think I lost any weight, but that's because I did the stupid move of eating more because I was exercising and I was like, 'it's okay, I'll just burn it off this afternoon' lol. But you should see pretty decent results quickly, not necessarily weight loss, but muscle.
