Sounds Good Girlfriend And I Dont Think You Need A Ball As Far As I Know I Havent Done A Fool Thing Of It Just Done The First But I May Try To Watch It Today All The Way Through After I Do My Workout!

Ok I Thought I Would Post A Little On The Biggest Loser Dvd Workout And This Is What The 6 Weeks Consists Of

Weeks 1&3 Alternate These Workouts 6 Days A Week
Warm Up
Low Intensity Cardio
Cool Down Stretch

Warm Up
Strength And Sculpt
Cool Down Stretch

It Makes Them 30 Minute Workouts


Weeks 2&4

Warm Up
High Intensity Cardio
Cool Down Stretch

Warm Up
Boot Camp
Cool Down Stretch

30 Minute Workouts

All I Seen That You Need Are Hand Weights And A Mat
