Rep Power: 0 | | | I'm losing it!!! In the waist Actually I'm not. I've been riding my bike alot to lose weight and it's been working great but I would like an exersize that focuses towards my waist. Any suggestions?

Rep Power: 8 | | Yep, you can exercise the muscles, but all it will do is make the muscles bigger/stronger.
Be wary of the fact that where the fat on our body comes off differs from person to person due to genetics.
