Dang it! I strained my left wrist on Tuesday (I think it was during my push-ups). Hurts like a mo-fo.
I know proper form is important and I do watch my form but this is the second time I strained a wrist (last time it was my right, which sucked and took forever to heal because I need to use my right hand).
In the past year I also did a scapula (jumped up on a friend's pull up bar and I don't do pull ups) and an elbow (that was all bad form and too much weight, thus the bad form).
I figure I'll be a body beautiful by the time I put myself in the hospital.

Actually I find that my muscles hurt lots the day after a good workout - but I don't understand why, I've got mirrors all around me and I know I'm have good form because my boyfriend's sat with me - spotting me. But mainly my arms will be so sore the next day - I can't use smaller weights though because they just aren't as effective.. you know I don't feel a burn on the last rep. Meh..

That's a good thing! It's called delayed onset muscle soreness. You can have a perfectly effective workout and NOT have soreness, but having soreness in the muscles you worked shows that you did a great job working them hard. As long as the soreness doesn't last for more than 2 days--then you may have overdone it.
