Running/weight loss

I'd like to lose 10kg and was wondering what people feel is the best plan to go about this. I lack motivation and love sweet foods so its going to be VERY hard for me but I had looking at myself in the mirror and am sick of wearing baggy clothing to hide it. At the moment I am 60kg and would like to be 50kg again. Any exercises and food plans would be fantastic.

Thanks!

I wouldn't have thought 60kg is too much of a worry but it would probably depend on your age, height and perception of what you should look like. First thing I would suggest is find something to motivate you, such as working with someone else, set yourself goals etc. Try and stop snacking on the sweet foods as they really won't help you lose weight. Also try do some whole body exercises at the gym a few days a week, and do some cardio on another few days. It may be best to talk to a fitness instructor first as they can come up with a good plan for you and set you goals too. Best of luck.
