I don't have any good advice about the protein because I'm a
vegetarian and I know I never get enough protein! I think your dropping weight really fast. 5
pounds a week is alot. In fact, you really should only be losing 2
pounds a week. I know I'm a woman so losing weight is different for me, but I didn't start losing weight until a month into my
diet and
exercise routine. Just keep doing what you're doing. It sounds like you're in really good shape. Just remember that muscle is heavier than
fat so maybe you're not seeing as much change on the scales this time around because you're building your muscle back up.
One more thing, since you're feeling tired, you might want to try eating a healthy carbohydrate before your workouts for a good
energy burst. I'm sure eating more protein will help as well. I hope this helped!
