Advice for a 17 year old...

Ok, well, I am new here. I figured it would be cool to meet people to stay motivated. I want to lose 15-20 pounds in 2 months... Is it possible? I am a 17 year old male, and I was wondering for any tips or ANYTHING is appreciated. Thanks, you guys seem to be awesome! I look forward to getting to know you.

15-20 lbs is very possible in 2 months, IF you change your habits.

Biggest tip: No fast food!

im 16 and i have lost 65 pounds in about 5-6 months i would of lost more by now but the weekeneds kill me with going out with friends and eating fastfood/dennys. my bigest tip would be to run/cardio and be carful on the weights man i pulled my muscle about 4 months ago went to doctor and he said it was a huge hemitoma(bloodclought) never heeled and now they dont know whats up and are making me do cat scans to find out whats up so just be carful man and dont do to much weight, after the accedient i started only doing cardio and thats where i lost most of my weight so just keep it up man and u will do good

Good Luck bro!
