From what I have experienced, most people prefer doing abdominal
exercises more than any other form of exercise. Because of this, I have noticed that when someone puts their abdominal routine at the end of their workout they seem more motivated during the session. People “look forward” to doing crunches. Just look at haw many posts on this forum are specifically targeting abdominal
exercises.
This has been my personal experience with abdominal training and a psychological tool that I have used successfully.
