I just started running during the last 2 months and I love it. I only have one complaint. I where a 42 DDD bra right now. I have always been "blessed" on top, and I am not complaining except that I spend most of my time running with one or both arms across my chest holding my breasts as close to my body as possible. I have tried the high dollar sports bras and even use smallersize sports bras (40D) to try to keep them "steady". I can feel the weight of my breasts in my back when I run and the only relief is to "hold" them as described above. I can't help but hope that someone else on this forum has had the same problem and might have a solution (other than duct tape) that I never thought of. Any serious advice would be appreciated. Man, there was a TV show that covered this a while back but I don't remember exactly what it was. :/ Something on the science channel I think...

One thing they said was that for sure with larger women the 'sports bras' that don't have separate cups and just hope to be tight enough to hold it all in were lousy. You want something with separate cups and not very stretchy construction.

Unfortunately, I haven't found anything great myself to recommend. :/
