I had a car accident couple years ago and have been suffering from muscles pain. Obviously, I haven't been exercising and recently I noticed I have cellulite under my arms, thighs and tummy areas. I knew that I need to get myself into shape however, my neck, shoulders, knees have been pretty weak since the surgery so I couldn't do much at the gym. Eventually I got a Vmax Vibration platform machine last month and I think it's a blast! It helps relaxing my muscles and entire body and all I have to do is standing on the platform that's it which is so sweet. The manual says such machine helps blood circulation and I totally agree. My muscle pain problem seems to be getting better and I wish I can go back to the gym one day.
