Laptop and treadmill
Ive been putting off my exercising and hitting the gym for a while because ive been crammed at work and school. I found a solution in the news that turns your treadmill into a treadputer. Its called SurfShelf: The perfect laptop holder for your treadmill, bike or elliptical! and it actually gets me to walk while i am on my laptop instead of sitting. I don't want this to sound like some advertisement or but i thought it was a really great invention and it can be useful to others also!

What to do with a laptop while you are on a treadmill? Work at that time too or jog while watching a favorite movie or a show?

I prefer to hear to instructions on how to loose weight safely and concentrate on the speaker rather than dwelling my thoughts here and there.
