Running and going to the
gym is not going to help if you don't give up the junk food first.

Losing weight is more about what you eat than how much you exercise. Don't get me wrong - exercise is important and will help speed up the process, but don't fall into the trap that says you can eat whatever you want as long as you run. It just doesn't work that way.

nutrition and exercise and weight lifting. You'll get a lot of good information on how to lose
FAT (as opposed to losing muscle) and how to eat healthily and not have to starve yourself.
