Yea. No food burns
fat unless it contains a drug or caffiene. Those don't really burn
fat, but it does speed your metabolism so it theory it helps.
The effects are really minimal. Anythign that will raise your
body temperature (again certain
drugs) will burn
fat, but this gets into the realm of using stuff not for its intended purpose.
No food has any
fat burning abilities. Food =
calories.
Fat burning is just a marketing pitch.
To lose
fat, you need to eat less or exercise to the point where you are burning more
calories than you consume. There is nothing else you can do minus surgery.
Also, you really need to get out of the "I need to do this fast and now" mindset. Once you do
dieting is easy. At least it is for me. Its a process that takes time. You have to forget about your goals and worry about the day to day. Like training for a marathon, sure you have small steps you take to get to an big end
goal, but it takes effort and time. It all comes down to what you do day to day.
