Rep Power: 0 | | Losing breast mass, will weight gain help? Hey guys,
In the past month and a half, I've been exercising about an hour a day (cardio, weights, etc.) and I've gone from 118lbs, to 112lbs, back up to 115lbs (purposely gaining the 3lbs as a vain attempt to get my chest back). I've gone from a large 34C to a 34B (I got measured at a lingerie store), basically I've lost my breasts and gained weight elsewhere-should I stop exercising or exercise less? At this rate I'll be flatter than I was in elementary school.
Any advice would help-I know it's impossible to spot gain or spot lose, but any experiences anyone has had would help, thanks! |

Rep Power: 72 | | Well ... unfortunately, there's no real advice that I know to give that will help out with what you want. Your body loses fat where it wants to lose fat. Most women tend to lose from their hips/bellies last - unless you're one of the lucky ones who manages to lose there earlier.
I wouldn't recommend stopping exercise - there are health benefits to exercise that you shouldn't give up just to have boobs. If you don't want to lose any more weight, then start eating more calories to balance out the work you do exercising. |

I wouldn't advise you to stop exercising unless you're already in the normal weight range and is already satisfied with what you have. Still even if this is the case, like KaraCooks mentioned, exercise has lots of benefits. Perhaps you'll want to try the short intense interval training instead of the hour-long exercise? Or you can do the chest exercises which help to build your chest muscles? (I've read from some posts where women suggest this.
Have faith in your body and trust that it'll try to become what it's best for it to be with efforts of course.

Rep Power: 0 | | Thanks everyone, I'm 5' 2" so I'm well withing my weight range, I just wanted to tone up more.
I'm probably going to cut way back on the exercising because I'm getting pretty self conscious about it.
Best of luck to you guys |
