Actually there should be no real difference between a weight training routine for women and a weight training routine for men.

I'd suggest reading two threads in the exercise area.

There's one by Steve called The Conceptual Side of Weight Training which will give you a few basic routines to follow.

There's another one that links to a pdf file that talks about weight training for women - and pretty much says "do what the men do".

I do a basic full body routine 2x - 3x a day and fill in around that with cardio.

I don't think there is much difference between women's training routine and men training routine.I usually do weight training combined with cardio and kick boxing session. And once in week I go for yoga.

There is no differrence (except maybe the weights used) between a woman weight training and a man weight training. After all you both have the same muscles, right???

Having said that most men do the bull in a china shop thing and go all wrong.

I recommend the PDF mentioned earlier in this thread.

Well, women might be less interested in adding in bicep curls and other 'fluff' work.
