Hi and welcome.
Before I respond to your posts, could I maybe ask you to change your font? The pale blue and small text is REALLY hard to read. I finally had to copy your post to another document to read it because it was making my eyes hurt. I suspect that might be why you haven't gotten more responses.
Ok, that out of the way, here are my thoughts:

I have an exercise bike...a cardio glide machine...the big ball...and the slide...Is there anyone out there that can help me figure out how to use these items to my advantage...I mean I bought them and never used them.

I don't think there's any magic way to use any of these items - just get on them and do it.
I'm assuming that each of them came with a video and/or a book - I'd use that to start. Or get online and google each item and "workouts" and you'll get tons of ideas.
Keep in mind that exercise is only a small part of the equation. Losing weight is 80% or more about what you eat and how much you eat.
I'd suggest registering for a free account at either fitday.com or thedailyplate.com and starting to track your foods. Once you see how much you're eating and where your nutrients fall, you'll be in a much better position to see wher eyou need to cut back or tweak things to help you lose the weight you want to lose.
