Rep Power: 0 | | | belly ,chin , (chest) man boobs Hi guys ,
I'm trying to lose my belly fat ,chin fat and chest fat. I used to take over 2,500 calories a day , I eat at night and sleep , and work night shift and eat as well.
I tried to stop eating food before i sleep , and tried to keep calories within 1500 a day.
I'm still having the fat and it wont go away , and my stomach hurt from starving most of the time.
I'm looking for the most effective methods in losing weight in those specific areas or whole body , plus if there is any pills stops you from eating and not feeling hungary ?
please help in this matter , this FAT got to go! i cant take it anymore.

Rep Power: 72 | | The most effective way to lose fat and keep it off is to have a reasonable diet combined with exercise. You were probably hungry because you dropped your calories too far, too fast, and you weren't eating filling, nutritious foods.
Start with signing up for a free account on fitday.com or thedailyplate.com and entering the food you eat. This will show you not only your calories per day, but your nutrients as well. You want to make sure that you're getting sufficient quantities of protein (at least 1g of protein per pound of your goal body weight), and a reasonable amount of healthy fats (things like olive oil, avocado, nuts and seeds, peanut butter, etc.).
Then think about adding weight lifting and/or body resistance work to your workouts. There are several extremely good and informative threads sticky posted in the Exercise forum here. Read especially the one called "The Conceptual Side of Weight Lifting" by Steve. He lays out several basic routines that anyone can use to get started.
Then you can add in cardio around the weight lifting to help burn calories and shed more fat.
It's actually very simple in what needs to be done - the hard part is getting yourself into the right mindset to actually DO it and stick with it. |

Rep Power: 72 | | There are no pills, sorry.
If the hunger is unbearable, then you're simply not eating enough. If your'e eating a reasonable amount of healthy foods then you might have a little hunger/craving as you learn to cut back, but you shouldn't be suffering with unbearable hunger.
Can you tell us what you eat and maybe we can help you figure out something that will not leave you so hungry. |

Can you tell us what you eat and maybe we can help you figure out something that will not leave you so hungry. | I dont have specific food that I usually eat , that depends on my work schedule and I dont usually eat breakfast , only lunch and late night food if i feel hungry.
Most of the time , the food is rice with , chicken ,fish or beef ,
fruit salad , or mixed salad , and sometimes with fries
I drink lots of pepsi (one to-two a day) as i'm trying to reduce the amount of pepsi.
that list is on the past .
on the last 2 weeks ,
I eat once a day which is lunch ,1 pepsi every 2-3 days , I do push ups around 60 a day.I do eat fast food when i'm on the run , such as KFC. and drink lots of water.
I;m not sure if that all information is enough
P.S could be something with the metabolism ? , I used to be very skinny
cheers. |

Rep Power: 6 | | It's probably not your metabolism that's the problem but your activity levels and the fast food if you are eating it often. Try getting 30 minutes of cardio in a day if you aren't already, or just walk around the block a few times. No physical activity = not very many calories burned
Use this calculator to find out your BMR which will tell you how many calories you burn a day doing nothing (not 100% accurate but a good estimate) BMR Calculator
And then do this to see how your exercise or lack of affects it Harris Benedict Equation
By the way if the pepsi is a problem just switch to diet pepsi that's what I did..still not as healthy as quitting sodas altogether but better than taking in an extra 300-400 calories a day. |

Rep Power: 72 | | Eating once a day is not the answer to losing weight and is probably why the hunger is so bad.
If you really want to lose weight, you have to make a commitment to making changes in your life and not making excuses. It simply isn't going to happen otherwise.
You have to eat healthy foods, you are going to have to step away from the Pepsi, and you're going to have to quit starving yourself by only eating one meal.
It's not your metabolism. It's your extremely bad diet. Until you make the commitment to change, it's not going to get any better. | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
