no, but be aware that doing cruches is going to build muscle, so don't be discouraged if you actually get bigger in the mid-section

im pretty skinny, so instead of getting bigger in the midsection, a six pack should start to show right?

Hey,

I'm not a expert, but you will start to see some result but you also have to make sure that you are eating right as well, and know that not eveyone is meant to have a six pack. It is all on gentics. but if you eat right you should be good to go. but you can do other execerise as well that can develop your abs. do you like doing work out videos.

there are tons of ab exercises that you can do with a Swiss Ball (Exercise Ball) too ...
